Rockathon

Join us for this epic RockFit Rockathon for charity! The mash up of rock, music and fitness you didn’t even know you needed. Two hours of dancing, punching and sweating to a mix of bands that have played in our fine city as well as some classic RockFit favourites.

We’re raising money for AA Dog Rescue; a charity dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs in Spain and in the UK. They have also opened a RCVS registered non profit veterinary clinic in Latchingdon, Essex helping the public to ensure their pets receive the care they need at affordable prices.

Bring some water and throw on your dancing shoes. Get ready to work out whilst you rock out.
